Pat has been an absolute lifesaver for me on two separate occasions, handling a variety of plumbing needs! He is incredibly reliable and always shows up on time - such a relief when you're dealing with plumbing issues/ balancing time away from work to be home. Pat is also super patient with all of my questions and genuinely listens to what I need. If you're looking for a plumber who is easy to work with and gets the job done right, I highly recommend Pat over any bigger plumbing company!

Pat was great from the initial phone call to set up the service, the walkthrough and the entire job. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail, with the costs and the options and was always honest and clear. No hidden costs, only charged for the actual work done and went above and beyond to discuss future projects with me even after the job was complete. Pat will be our plumber for life if we need him again and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for one!

I cannot say enough great things about Pat with Alpine Plumbing! I called another company to come out & never heard back from them. I called Pat at 3:00 pm and he was in my basement fixing my pipes by 6:00 pm! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and prices were extremely fair. If you are in the Grand Rapids area and need a plumber, you NEED to call Pat!!!

Pat went out of his way to schedule an appointment later in the day so my sink could be fixed the same day (and I didn’t even call him until the afternoon!) He explained the repairwork needed and was exceptionally patient in answering numerous questions. The cost was very reasonable and the work was well done. I am particularly appreciative of his integrity and kindness. I will definitely call him again and actually plan to have him work on some projects next month. I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Plumbing.

Pat was punctual and got the work done quickly. He was professional in all aspects of the job, figuring out solutions, and explaining the process as he went. Very tidy and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. He had replaced the old cast iron stack in the basement that had been seeping and problematic. This was money well spent and would recommend Pat to anyone. Will call him again for anymore plumbing work. Job well done Pat!!
